These comments aren't encouraging oneself to purchase as I quite enjoyed LBP AND LGBP on Ps3 and Vita but never fully hooked

Yes set up a Canadian profile on your PS4 using some random candian hotel as your address and then buy some PSN credit from somewhere like this
Set the Canadian account to your PS4 being the main machine and you can play your download on your normal profile

Officially more platformers around these days than shooters etc, just not from first parties.. 2015 has been the year of indie platformers, quite frankly they havent progressed enough and arent demanded enough by majority of gamers for big devs to put time into.

I disagree. They have added loads of neat features to LBP 3 and LBP 4 would be most welcome, if only to fix the appalling state that LBP 3 is in.
