Was just about to post this! I clicked on this on the base.com site around 14:45 p.m. when it originally had no price next to it. I proceeded to order and it came up as £34.99 and in stock for delivery tomorrow. I completed the order and then when I went back to the product listing page the price now appeared as £34.99, but the stock level changed to 2-3 days :-/
Not sure if I got the last in stock copy or whether it was listed as in stock incorrectly...my order is still showing as processing.

Considering it is the cheapest price the PS4 version can be bought for just now then yes, it is a deal.
