Is it okay to create a new account with my same address as my current account in order to get the cheaper deal? Or is Zavvi picky with that, and I'd be better off going for the slightly more expensive price?

It's worth a try, surely. I have already signed up to Hut.com and it's the same company and it still worked, so can't be that picky. I don't think your card details will be the unique identifier. It'll be your email address probably.

When you buy the years subscription do you get a code or something so the 365 days doesn't start until you use it or does it start from the date of purchase please?
Thanks

When you apply the code, they stack on top of each other, so the newest subscription won't come into effect until your current one runs out. There should be info in your PSN details on your PS4 that tell you when your sub will eventually run out. I know someone whose won't run out until 2020 or something...

Good question. I'm not sure. You would think that a lot of people buy these as gifts so it wouldn't start until it's activated on PSN. Although I read earlier that the codes are stackable, so if you have 5 months remaining currently, then this will take it to 17 months.
