Isn't this an outrageously cheap price for this? Makes you wonder if there's a catch. It also says it's for iPhone but I see a standard USB port for generic Android devices - can it work for both?

It's more suited to iPhone devices due to 1 Amp charge speed. Works with most android phones, but much more slowly.
