I don't use any services including cloud services or social media sites to store personal images or confidential documents. :wink:

This doesn't sound like the kind of app I'm after; I want to be able to crop, flip, rotate & crop. Any suggestions?
I know that both stock Android Gallery and Google Photos app both have the ability to crop, rotate and flip - and I've used the Gallery ICS as a very lightweight viewer and editor:
