Wanted one of these for ages as hate flossing and noticed that it is almost half price at Argos.
Has good reviews.
Picked mine up today.

The Oral Fresh ProJet teeth cleaning water jet brush is a professional water jet cleaner that removes bacteria deep between teeth and below the gum line where brushing and flossing can't reach. It features three modes and a timer function with large tank capacity and easy water refill. It's the complete oral care cleaning regime and can be filled with either water or your favourite mouthwash for a refreshing clean.

Reserved. Good spot, been thinking about getting one of these. From some of the comments I've read might have to use it in the shower!

Good price but there are possibly reliability issues based on reviews? ..... That said, that's why we have guarantees so went ahead and bought a couple, one for myself and one as a gift for a relative.
Agree with above comment and assuming that the units are at least splash proof, the shower would seem the place to jet yer teeth.
