from amazon you can pay using a uk card. Amazon dont accept paypal in the us or uk
no, US PSN will only take payments from US based PayPal accounts. To get round it I made a US one and gift it money from my UK account.

bad deal. usa psn more expensive. create a canadian account and u get 2 to 1 exchange rate. makes it cheaper.......

yes but you should not create american psn accounts as they always more expensive that canadian ones using same store.
