Isn't this on-line only, though? The cashback is not showing on my app and I thought this meant it doesn't apply to in-store sales. Please tell me if I'm wrong! :smiley:

I can't see it on app either, now, not that I'm claiming to be the best with that app, but I've looked all around and can't see it? Was gonna go get these today

Right then, after a lengthy email discussion with their customer services I have established how to claim cashback from Mysupermarket http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk
There are 2 types of cashback
1, Claiming cashback through the phone app for in store purchases.
Check for in store offers on the phone app by clicking Categories, Offers,Cashback vouchers.
This will bring up all of the "Snap and Save" items
Select which ones you intend to buy, which will add them to your list.
Click on the "list icon" at the top which will show all of the items on your "list"
Click on the "three dots" icon at the top and then click "snap receipt"
Then click "redeem cashback"
This will prompt you to photograph and upload your receipt
Money will be paid into a designated Paypal account.
IN STORE CASHBACK IS ONLY AVAILABLE VIA THE APP. THE CASHBACK AMOUNTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ARE FOR ONLINE ORDERS FOR DELIVERY. THE OFFERS DIFFER BETWEEN THE WEBSITE AND THE APP.
2, The other way to claim cashback from Mysupermarket is to have your shopping delivered. Then you must use the website to build a list, order and claim your cashback

I got the app,followed the instructions above and nothing :smile:

No free wedges on my app just loads of Schwartz stuff with 50p off.

not much of a great deal if its online only.

Yep nothing there in the App for in-store receipt purchases/uploads, though finding/claiming the offers is hard as highlighted above.

NB:
You should immediately get an acknowledgment receipt at your registered email address of a shop/claim though it just says the £ due and doesn't say anything about the what/where of the claim etc.

Delighted to say this thread reminded me anyway to check my mySupermarket App and by pure chance the Dr Oetker Calzone Pizza that I'd already bought this morning had a 25% offer on it, so I got straight to snapping!
