Install the logitech software from their website, set mouse acceleration off and then adjust sensitivity to your liking. Or alternatively do the same thing via the mouse settings in control panel.
I've had loads of these logitech wireless mouse, they're fine. They're not exactly durable, but then they are dirt cheap.
