Not voted either way as it's a great price, but it's £5 more on Amazon. IMO it's worth paying the extra as Amazon's customer service for returns/refunds is outstanding in my experience
In my case, I got the threatening email after having what customer service described as the worst experience they'd ever seen, so bad that they went backwards to discount previous orders as there was a limit to how much they could compensate me on the problem order. Without going into the problem order chapter and verse, there were 8 items for a computer build all ordered Prime. Needless to say, only 2 items arrived on time. One box containing 3 items including a monitor, arrived open with a puncture into the monitor box, so they were all returned as possibly/probably damaged. I kept the third monitor they sent - second monitor box had signs of heavy impact. The processor I ordered was sent from Spain and got stuck in Germany when the aircraft broke down. Replaced by one from UK. Some of the items started 120 miles away, but took a 700 mile detour due to an Amazon numpty sending them in the wrong direction. Not the first time that had happened.
So it's a case of left hand and right hand not communicating. One side apologising, the other sending threatening emails. And you can't challenge the threat. The machine has spoken. Exterminate, exterminate, exterminate!

This was a feature on Watchdog a few weeks ago. I think the frustrating thing for users is that it's not anywhere in their terms & conditions.
In 1 case a family member also had their account removed because they lived at the same address as the "offending" customer.
I got a similar warning from PayPal. I use PayPal for all my online shopping where it's available, so obviously if I have any issues with the items I purchased from different retailers, it has to be processed via PayPal, which is something PayPal didn't like and flagged my account.
The email basically said there has been many claims made from my account and if it continues, my account would be closed. Not used them to pay for anything more than 10£ since that email.

Looks like I wont be buying as much from Amazon now, I just had to return a DVD because the disc was loose on arrival.
One thing to be careful of is that there is an older Model which may make finding reviews a bit harder (the easiest difference is that this one comes with W10 and has two USB ports, where as the older one just had micro USB).

Office 365 is the full version of Office, it's just you have to pay monthly/yearly but you get all updates

I got my account banned a few years back, I was wrapped up with some fraudulent seller except i was genuine, but amazon didn't want to know. they made stories up of mistakes and compensating me £1000.00 for the error etc, but it was all delaying tactics while they investigated... in this situation CS is very very rude and unhelpful..
