You would need to set up a Canadian PSN account, which you can do through your browser. It will need a Canadian address (or something that looks like one, with a legitimate zip code), but it doesn't have to be used for billing. I purchased credit from here: http://www.pcgamesupply.com/buy/PlayStation-Network-50-Card-CANADA/
Then you should be able to log in on your PS with your Canadian account, redeem the credit, and shop away.

You'll need to create a US PSN account and purchase using US$ region PSN credit.
Then when you get you PS4 create a UK PSN account as your main login when setting up the PS4.
Then login on PS4 using the US PSN account, go into settings and choose activate as your main PS4. Download the purchased game and once downloaded it will be available to all users on the PS4 including your UK account.
