4790S: the S series of CPUs offer about 5% lower performance than the standard no letter line. See Techspot for a comparison.
Graphics cards: most small cards will fit, including the Gigabyte 970 Mini ITX edition which means you'll have one damn powerful PC.
If you got this, I'd suggest adding an SSD to really boost performance, and then a decent graphics card if you want to game.
Seems good value though.

A good base machine for gaming , although you'll need a graphics card that will ft small form factor and that limits your choices slightly.
low profile graphics card is needed
normal gpus are too wide

if your thinking about adding a low profile gpu into this remember this will NOT be a quiet small form factor gaming machine

Why not? Are you suggesting it's loud?

Not as simple as that. Psu in this will be a low wattage model, would not power a 970. 750 should be ok. And it's most likely not using an atx psu so finding a higher wattage replacement would be difficult and expensive

No I think they're suggesting that due to the PC being worked harder and not having a spec built around gaming, putting a GPU in to go with the 'office pc' specs is going to put a bit of strain on it.
Gaming PC's are built with gaming in mind, whereby a better spec PSU is used than what would be fitted to this.

That's just my opinion though.
