Nearly bought one myself but sadly doesn't really cater for Hot chocolate fanatics as it just don't hold enough milk.

this only heats to luke warm. its perfect for mixing a small amount of powdered or 80% solid chocolate chunks to be added to a cup of warmed/hot milk.

Did you have to wind that one up? Sounds silly cheap.

The lidl milk frother was £20. The coffee grinder was £10.
I bought a Severin from Amazon.de a couple of years ago, the heating version and would highly recommend it. It is a lot more expensive but the quality is obvious and I am confident better value long term. Oh and it's plenty big enough for a couple of hot chocolates.

I would disagree to the comment of saying it only gets milk lukewarm. I've got this milk frother/heater, and use it with my Lavazza coffee machine. The coffee comes out perfect at ~59/60C, and so does the milk. I've got a laser guided thermometer which is very accurate!

I think most frothers aim for 65C & kettles to boil water generally from a min of 70C (temp controlled). So perhaps not that hot.
