Apple would have to repair it free of charge under the Sales Of Goods Act if it went wrong in year 2. I read somewhere that Apple are one of the companies who scored well when it came to claims under the act.

I've put some extra info in your title. Good deal whilst you may get £16 Quidco with Currys, this deal is just as good if you take into account the extra years warranty.
The 32gb one is £229 at Currys so suspect JL will pricematch that if anyone is looking at the 32gb
