They work well for me, but my wife finds them too acidic. Taken them a few times when I have been coming down with something and they have stopped me becoming ill. I don't take them everyday though.

Better to get the "Timed release" version - you can't store vitamin C in your body, so whatever your body needs is taken with these non timed release version and probably about 900mg is going straight down the toilet, literally.
I also buy my amino acid chelated zinc from H&B which is really good and that's about all I take supplement wise, for illness prevention and recovery from 3 gym sessions a week.

If you can help it, vitamin C from natural sources like oranges, etc.
would be better. Just my advice. I don't have much faith in supplements and pills to be honest.
But if I did....this would be a decent deal, price-wise, considering the usually
extortionate prices in Holland and Barret and other "health" shops. :confused:
