Really nice especially with tomato soup
2 of these for lunch and that's 1/3rd protein for fellow bodybuilders of an average weight
Would highly recommend

These are great for diabetics who struggle to tolerate other breads and wanting to keep blood sugar levels lower. Highly recommended for any ladies with gestational diabetes
I started eating these as an extra protein boost and my weight rocketed!

These have been at 29p for ages, the same deal was posted then. They're nice if a little dry, they weigh about 115g on average so be aware of that when tracking your macros.

If you like Burgen bread you'll love them. Great as part of a bodybuilding diet regime.

Careful, description says 27g of protein per roll, it's actually 27g of protein per 100g.
Do these actually taste ok? Fat looks quiet high.

It actually says 27g of protein per roll on the label so the roll is 100g

The fat content is high because there's a high linseed content in the ingredients, don't worry it's a healthy fat so it won't do you any harm

These have been scanning at 29p for a while despite saying 39p on the shelf... I think they're great for getting that little bit of extra protein in your diet. A bit spongey compared to normal bread but tasty all the same

Aren't they 29p all the time? My lidl always has them listed this price...
