Not a hot deal. It's usually about 2.50 in the sales. So, maybe wait for the steam/key site sales which should hit in the next week or two.
*checks* In fact, I just checked kinguin and it's 3.04 right now. And the gold edition with the dlc is 5.20.

I've seen it cheaper lots of times in lots of different places. It's been bundled before and could be bought cheaper on other sites right now, but it's also been as low as £2.99 on Steam before and we're a couple of weeks away from the Steam Holiday Sale so there's a good chance it will be heavily discounted again then.
