With the 2a charger, it's 12-13 hours from flat as a rough estimate, more if conditions aren't perfect or you use a charger with a lesser output. The point being however it'll have enough juice for 5/6 charges of your average smartphone when they are totally dead.

If you're a torch/arduino/hobby freak these are a fairly good way to get 18500 cells. There are 8 inside and they'd ideally be 2800mAh each. Julian Ilett does a good test of one on youtube.
The 22500mAh rating is at 3.7 volts and the manufacturers are completely honest about it for once. Hotty hot!

Just a word of advice as I got one of these recently (without doing proper research) and it's BIG (just see the 3 usb ports one to each other to get a feel of the size).
At the same time this has 22kmAh, which is enough to recharge a mobile a ~3 times.
