Was there last year...it was awful for its Christmas market...fine for a day out in Dublin but not worth advertising it as Christmas markets...genuinely the worst attempt at a market I've ever seen. Sorry!

Nothing from Gatwick or Heathrow ?? :disappointed: was gonna take the Mrs for a rest but it'd take me hours to reach any of those airports.
And of course you can't buy too much or Cryinair would probably charge you £100s.. Flew them once about 12 yrs ago, never again !

utter crap.
factor in the time you need to be in the airport before departures, the travel time from airport to dublin & back again.
Your going to pay £10 to travel to an expensive city, to spend more on items that are cheaper back home & end up doing a 20 hour for the pleasure in doing so.
look at Glasgow flight, you be lucky to start shopping by 11am & would need to make your way back to the airport 5 hours later to get home.

I think utter crap is a bit harsh. Lots of people do it. It's a day trip and can be fun.
