Far cheaper than the digital version, however this version may not come with the preorder bonuses of artbook and soundtrack.
Definitive version of the game, should be fairly easy to run it at 120FPS+ on good hardware considering how good Capcom's other games on this engine run on PC.
Release Date: 12th January according to Shopto, 15th January according to Steam.

Awesome price. Definitely will be re-buying this game, but might wait to see if it gets even cheaper!

Did anyone buy this? I just did and don't know whether it's physical or digital. Either way I'm glad that it's finally come to PC and for such a good price. £23.99 on steam so pretty happy with this

It's a physical copy - Shopto will send it to you on disc - but it will require a Steam account to play. Once added to your Steam account you'll be able to install it from disc or by downloading it. Sometimes it does work out cheaper buying retail copies just to use the keys to add them to your Steam account.

Amazing game. I put untold hours into this on the PS3 and despite usually being very sensitive to poor framerates, the game was so good that after a while, you almost forget about the John Woo-style slowdown.
It'll be stunning at 60fps+ on PC. Hot.

I hope they have made fast travel much easier, would be even more awesome if they added some dlc for mounts or something

Do you mean easier than in Dark Arisen? They made fast travel a ton easier in that update.

i cant exactly remember, but remember traveling became such a chore, i only played dark arisen, so can't comment on the comparison, it could be the slow loading times (had an sshd in there), it could be that there was no auto run 'switch', or something else, but i just found travelling to be a massive chore, gameplay and everything else was fantastic though

I agree - the travelling around the world killed it for me eventually and you ended up having to wade through the same enemies on the map whilst travelling, hearing the same taunts etc. But saying this, I got a good 30 hours into the game before tedium set in, so I think you get your monies worth. I got stuck when the difficulty suddenly spiked in one boss area and couldn't be bothered to press on. Many excellent game elements/systems, lovely art style and presentation, but incredibly rinse & repeat.

Have any of you gone back onto the consoles versions recently? Went on it online after a few years and ended up with a few hundred million rift crystals
