Keep your receipt just in case (sounds daft but I have a lightbulb box* under the kickboard of my kitchen cabinets, philips have superb customer service for their lighting, just as long as you don't speak to the complete berk in Poland when I rang about their batteries ..god ..forbid :confused:

Just ordered some no-name LED's from Amazon lightning deal but will be cancelling that if I can pick up from B&Q in next few days. Says in stock at my local store so we shall see.

Poor customer services!!!!!! Be warned!!!
I bought 20 and all were faulty. The first 12 were replaced instantly but the others went over a few months, when I tried to return them, I got a Polish clown who was a complete job worth! After numerous obstacles and phone calls, I gave up.
Buy a different brand is the solution

20? all faulty? I find that hard to believe. Were they 12v MR16's by any chance?

I bought 12, fitted 6 and all fine.
To add I bought 12 GE bulbs a year ago and 2 have failed already.

Sounding al little bitter or like a Philips employee! Have you not heard of faulty goods. It's possible for anything to be faulty however you expect a high level of customer service when you pay for named brands. This was simply not the case at Philips and that's what am highlighting!!!
