Hot it was almost impossible to find a 13.5 tog a month ago,I got this think it was 9 pounds at the time.

Thanks. I've started replacing mine in the same way after looking into the cost of getting them cleaned. Have also been advised to spread the discarded duvets in the loft as added insulation.
