Good price - same on Chain Reaction Cycles - not sure it's an ideal winter tyre though? Better for hard packed trails?

Nice price! I bought X-king for the rear and mountain king on the front last time and they seem to work great for what I need.

These are bloody awful, made from a hard, shiny compound. Good for hot days on tarmac.

Cheap, but I'm not a fan of these.
Very thin sidewalls mean they are squirmy and inspire zero confidence on the turn-in. Absolute grip on most surfaces OK but nothing spectacular, most of the grip seems to come from the tread pattern not the compound, if that makes any sense. Very noisy/draggy, hellishly slow if you have to go on a lot of roads.
