I was pleasantly surprised at this book when I picked it up; I know most books in The Works tend to be a bit rubbish/outdated and thin, with loads of pictures and not much else.
This however is a weighty but compact, 2015 tome of some 300 pages detailing 50 railway journeys throughout Britain, with detailed old Bartholomew maps for every one, plus tons of related information (Route Description, Track Diagrams, tons of full colour photographs..)
Not for everyone, good as a "Stocking Filler" but not in the usual "bit of cheap tat" sense.
Priced at £4 but you get a 10% off code when you visit the website.

It just says 2015 on the inside cover, I did a search on the ISBN and it didn't come up, I'm presuming it's too new?

Thanks for that. When I google the book I couldn't find that version, so that might explain it.
Normally I expect these cheap books to be a few years old!
