Cold - a duck from heron foods?

That is a wild mallard duck not a battery farmed Cherry Valley duck

When you look at their tiny, funny, adorable faces how could you eat them.....yum! yum! Lovely meat wild duck. No Heron foods in NI, will clean up my AK47 and go get me some of those varmits! :sunglasses:

A whole duck for £1.49 is madness! It's probably actually some sort of water fowl! Even if they are short dated that is too cheap!

Bought some today did not no it was whole duck or portions,in freezer now .

Read the packaging, its already fully cooked!? Anyway, had it yesterday. Tasted amazing for what it is & is ridiculously cheap for Duck

this is in the frozen section with the christmas special, in my store was with the turkey crowns, i did have to ask the staff.

so defrosting now, will post comment tomorrow, if any good, ths is very cheap for duck

there is some bone in it and is two halves

ok split in to 4 quarters, and alot more meat the a normal piece of chicken, just bone down side

i will be buying more, if they have tomorrow

says cook for 35 minutes to make crispy from de frosted sorry
