Does anybody know what the sizing is like? It's says a medium is a 39.5 chest? Seems big for a medium? Thanks

I haven't bought one of their sweaters but I do have a medium CW hoodie and it's a really good fit whereas other medium-sized clothes generally seem to be baggy. But the hoodie has a good tight fit to it
