They're really nice. It can be a struggle to get the bottle back into the cover, and the stitching can be questionable at times, but my kids love them! We have the Tiger and the Monkey, but the Dragon looks superb! They've been £5 for as long as I can remember.

I got a hot water bottle with fluffy cover from poundstretcher last week which is great, keeps the heat for several hours and only cost £3.99
