there crap. i had this model. used it 4 times then returned it. leave stray hsairs everywhere. ended up plucking them out. been reduced so many times

Mines pretty good. One of the few razors that doesn't irritate my skin.
Each to their own I guess, but I wouldn't say they are crap. Heat added, I'm tempted to buy another as the replacement head can cost close to this alone.

-1 heat, not for the deal, but the product itself. Brauns product engineering team must have let the work experience kids take a crack at this one. poor battery performance compared to other foil razors in its class, cheap build quality and hair often gets stuck in the foil.
If you've the time to sit down every friday and disassemble it to blow the hair out of the foil, are very careful with your grooming equipment and don't mind leaving it on charge then go for it.

also another bad review for this product, struggles with hairs around and under your chin and neck area
