it was cheaper, btw good tablet. but the keyboard layout is azerty rather than qwerty

Nice spec. The latest gen of Atoms are very good.
I just wish the screen was higher resolution. Would be super then.
Missed the delivery charge of €6,35 taking it up to £227.22 or €303,25.
Won't be a SSD it will be eMMC.

tbh the resolution is perfect for me, don't need 1080p or hd on Windows tablet.

I bought the 128gb version of it last week. Checked the drive, it says SSD in the device manager.

I get that Windows can be a pain with higher resolution screens. But for reading I'd live more.
But I've been completely spoiled by my 2736 x 1824 Surface Pro 4 :smiley:

Windows might report it as such, but Cherry Trail Atom CPUs are restricted to eMMC due to missing the SATA support.

Have the "ghost touching" issues with the touchscreen been resolved? Been watching this for a while but reports of issues put me off!

You can buy high quality Full UK English QWERTY stickers off ebay for £2.39 and stick them on. That's what I did here:
forgive my ignorance. but can Microsoft Word and excel be added to these devices? heat added. seems decent price

The 4GB in this alone is worth the upgrade. The CPU is newer, might not be much faster in general usage but the graphics performance is improved in the latest Atoms.

I was looking at the 2gb ram one in curry's, but I think the linx is better value overall at £70 less
