Not tried this jersey, but Altura sizing is usually rather generous in my experience. A lot bigger than most European cycle clothing. So your regular size would probably be fine.

Why not? My bike is day glow green, with lights, my helmet is white and my rucksack has a Hi-vis cover, so what's your point?
