Do you need a certain number of Sparks points to be eligible or is this for all Sparks card holders?

Thank you. Not received email, even though my card is definitely registered and I have over 4000 points. Have just ordered a £100 cashmere jumper to collect in store, so wanted to order another tomorrow and return the first!!

Marks and Spencer have been a nightmare recently. We bought a pair of women's trousers in the friends and family 20% off weekend deal. After that finished, they were 50% off for black Friday so we bought again and took back the first ones, saving £10.50. They are currently 30% off. They're manipulating regular customers and I think treating customers as fools will come back to bite them at some point.

As an ex-employee, it's sad to see what M&S has become. Too middle of the road, and has now resorted to copying the big brand names in terms of fashion and style. Don't worry if you don't have a Sparks card, every day at M&S is usually a sale.

If i sign up for the card online , will i get the discount??
