Also if you buy over 50 Euro in gift cards you get a 10 Euro discount code and that brings the price of this down even further. I bought a 53.79 gift card for £39.44 and got the code through 10 mins later and the total came to zero on the game after the gift card and voucher. Note that the gift card offer ends tomorrow though. Link below:
Its probably going to be the biggest game since mk8, if you wanted to buy for collectors value you would probably be better off going for rodea but in this day and age I dont think it really matters anymore, most just retain their value, take the last story and pandoras tower for example I bought both of those in sales for under 20 quid they are holding their own quite well on ebay considering the vastly reduced price I paid as neither did that well. My numbered fallout new vagas limited edition set on the other hand is worth nothing.
everyone is buying xeno its been hyped since day one, unless its deliberately sold in very few numbers it will at best just hold its value, and given that the nintendo site restocked with more of the limited edition Project Zero which as you know can only be bought as that version or downloaded, I just dont trust them anymore, amiibos have thought them that people go nuts and rush out to buy anything they think is limited. Buy stuff cos you want it not because you think its worth something now days.

Aren't Wii U manuals all software based now? So, it should be based on the console's language setting.

The whole of Europe gets the same Special Editions now so will be the same as the English version. The packaging has everything multiple times in different languages (smaller and below) but English is the main language on it.

Thanks for the heads up, I have just done this, ordered the €50 euro gift voucher and got the "print at home" version not the "email" version. Came to £36.99 or similar? Now waiting for the €10 voucher code to be sent, received the €50 gift voucher straight away. My question is, I will be short to buy it by €2.98 euros as the price to buy is €62.98? Did I do this right

Yes it does come in another email and the 3.79 is to cover postage.
I got the email with the voucher code about 10 mins after receiving my gift voucher. I chose the print at home option, if you chose to get a physical card delivered it will be sometime after it has dispatched.

odd. it was all done digitally and I've recieved and applied the gift card, sitting with the cart, 10 euro remaining to pay, have yet to recieve the second voucher e-mail, spam etc checked
