I bought it last week (the £300 Simply Games one with FIFA and Halo) and the card inside the box along with the FIFA digital download, is for a month's EA Access not a year. Presumably all of the XB1 / FIFA 16 bundles are identical, then retailers add whichever games to it.

yep its the deal I'm getting in three days when my next Credit Card Bill is ready so I can pay it off before using it to order from game

Yeah, it's a 1 year code with the 1tb model. All the 500gb FIFA bundles like the one in the OP have a month though I think.
tbh, I've got that many unplayed games across PS4, XB1 and 360 that I can't be done with all the extra ones on EA Access!

That's down to opinion, personally I enjoy Ghosts and still play it regularly, I also hated Advanced Warfare and played the beta for BO3 and hated that too.
