Extra Mission - The Darwin and Dickens Conspiracy Meet two of the greatest minds of the Victorian Era.
London, 1868. The Industrial Revolution unleashes an incredible age of invention, transforming the lives of millions with technologies once thought impossible. Opportunities created during this time period have people rushing to London to engage in this new world. A world no longer controlled by kings, emperors, politicians or religion, but by a new common denominator: money.
However, not everyone is able to enjoy the benefits of this boom. Despite fueling the engine of the British Empire, workers’ lives are little more than legalized slavery while the top few percent profit from their labor. Living poor and dying young, the lower class unite together in protest as a new kind of family – gangs – who turn to a life in the underworld in their struggle to survive. A struggle, until watchful Assassins come to their side and re-ignite an age-old conflict involving London’s leaders that will echo throughout modern history from the underground, up.

Nice price, very tempted but trying to finish off MGS at the mo, plus have just got Bloodborne so got a fair bit to play. Wondered what others think of the game. Getting very mixed reviews but I like the Assassins Creed format plus feel this one being set in London will add an extra bit of interest.

This series usually looses its rrp much faster than any game. I'd say be patient and you can get it far cheaper in a couple of months. AC had nothing new to present, really. I enjoyed the first two but then it became repetitive...

I think it's ok. I'm not really liking it like I should be. I always love the AC games and been so excited with each release but then after Unity it seems to have ruined things now. I would say this game is better than Unity but I don't feel like jumping onto it anymore. Just couldn't be bothered with it now. Haven't seen many bad issues with it but just bits and pieces which i have to restart the chapter to fix. And the challenges are way too easy this time. Haven't even failed any and I'm already near the end. I thought i would enjoy the game and explore London (had the same thought about Paris) but I guess the exploring just isn't as good as doing the real thing. If you're in no rush to play it then don't need it just yet.

its matters not for me when I get AC (or most other games for that matter( but I usually complete them and sell it a couple of weeks after usually getting more or less what I paid for it back
if I waited 2 months and got it for £25 the resell value would be closer to that so I wouldnt be losing any more money if I waited which is why if its a game I want to play I never wait around like numpty waiting for a price drop I just make sure I dont pay over £35 ish for it then complete it and sell it soon after I buy it

Good price, but I'd wait till around xmas time to get this. Unity went down to £20 last year and I bought it (I regret it now)

The reason it did was because sales were soft because the game was all **** up. I wouldn't expect this one to drop in prices as fast.

Worth the money?

Considering this game apparently only sold a little bit better than AC:Rogue and less than AC:Unity I can see this price taking a nose-dive on the run up to Christmas.
it will be £25 new by Christmas. am glade sales seem poor it's the only way for devs to get the message and give us gamers something new

That article was a bit mis-leading.
"First, Syndicate hasn’t sold poorly, it’s just not sold as well as would be expected from a major Assassin’s Creed game. Second, these charts don’t include digital sales, nor do they include the PC version, which has been delayed until November."
