Looks like a good price.
I've found the whole Toot Toot range very disappointing. My son has the kind of garage thing with the parking, car wash and circling down ramp. There are some basic things that toy cars should do and the most basic of these is roll! The Toot Toot cars wheels are awful and just don't work very well.
Don't get me started on the songs and phrases they all sing when you press the buttons! "ABCD watch out for the traffic lights" what the f????

loool my18 mth old loves his cars. He has about 15 but no tracks yet. I bought him the repair centre and this (thanks!) for xmas and my parents are getting him the big mega track thingy from Toys R Us. The jingles are both funny, yet annoying after hearing them on repeat all day.
