They have a habit of putting the display one on sale, then when you ask you get told it's the last one there. Happened a few times with me the service there is awful!

Not true the cardiff symths is awful , reserved a item for my son the staff told me they had no stock of it even though showing as plenty of stock on there website , looked down the aisle and on the top shelf I could see the item. went back to the girl only again to be told no stock then asked for the manager who did go up and look and there was a box full on the top shelf.
