Don't think it is free returns, states ......Please note that our Hermes Returns and other pre-paid services are subject to a fee of £3.50. This is pre-paid for your convenience, so you can just print your label and send your parcel off. The fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of this service.

Quality on these seems to be very hit and miss. Most of these polos seem to either shrink or resemble dishcloths after being washed, as many previous offer threads will confirm.

word of warning - ordered some last time they were on offer. Very short on length in my experience, then had to return at cost.
Sourced some branded polo's at similar price from TKMax afterwards.

I bought a load of tokyo polo shirts last month in their sale and have now thrown all of them away. They shrunk on the first wash xl to small and I couldn't even fit in them. washed on a 30 degree wash and dried on a low heat. Maybe I should have read the instruction manuel which says not suitable for tumble drying, my fault but even on a low heat they shrunk. So be aware if you buy these there not machine dryable. Seemed good quality before they shrank:(

thanks for the warnings - hard to tell when buying polos off the internet - if the quality were there this would be a great price as they look nice
