Considering the image is of pre-release box art with a provisional PEGI rating, I'd say that you are probably correct.

This is stubbornly holding its price but I think I'll wait a little. There's crazy price drops closer to Xmas so hopefully a UK Extended Edition pops up around the £20-25 mark by then. Heated either way.
