my son had it and it was the best thing we bought! itcwould be too small for a 3 yr old so I'd age range it for 1 1/2 - 2

I returned mine as it developed fault within 28 days. The handles became free when steering and as a result the wires underneath broke so no movement could take place.
Thankfully got full refund from Tesco
