If you wanted the "whole" Skyrim experience, including all DLCs, you'd instead want to buy The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Legendary Edition. From what I've seen, the prices of Skyrim DLC remain quite high, so if you want Skyrim with all the DLC, it might be better to wait for the Legendary Edition to go on sale.
Hope that answers your question

Yep, always is cheaper to actually buy the Legendary Edition during sales even if you own the base game sadly.

Wanna make this game look like and play like it was released in 2017?
Google skyrim revisited: legendary edition, brilliant modding tutorial. Keep it mind it'll take you 3 hours minimum to set up. Also, stay clear of the things tagged with "UNP", ruin the game imho.

Not been on Skyrim in a while, but I'm tempted to try out Skyrim Revisited. Looks like it doesn't affect perks, so I might try and add Perma along with it

What you are getting is the same as if you bought Skyrim from this link (the one costing £9.99): http://store.steampowered.com/app/72850/
