An absolute bargain regularly £60 plus, you can tell winter is coming.
All sizes 38-48 (go a size up from regular shoes)
If you prefer chain reaction these are 38 pennies more but the have a £10 off £75 spend on clearance items, so may be a better deal

BC members get 10% discount code for CR - might be worth posting that as a new deal OP

I know what you mean I wear Shimano spds which look like regular cycling shoes but with a chunkier sole, these weigh a lot more too

If you ever look at bike magazines these are pretty much on every other pair of feet

That doesn mean much about the shoe, just that shimano sponsor a lot of riders to wear their products in magazines

Heat for the price. Agree about the look though - presumably they are designed for coping with mud & extreme condition & not general MTB stuff.

These are bomb proof, I've had the same pair for over 4 years now and ridden in some terrible conditions, still have loads of life left in them.
Shimano are completely changing the design & look for 2016, so if you prefer this style grab it while you can!

Are these pre cut as in exposing the cleat fixing or you have to cut it or unbolt a covering plate? (Would prefer a plate so I could have the option to wear with flats too.) thanks.

Flats all the way for MTB unless your doing XC. If your looking at Shimano bear in mind that they are small and narrow so you will need go up 1-2 sizes depending on what your feet are like.

Depends what terrain your riding, I prefer spds but I ride 650-950m accents ever ride locally
