I ordered quite a bit last year on Black Friday and opted to click and collect.

Click and collect was a disaster for them last year, I think I waited 14days before I could collect the orders. Even then they took an age to find it.

I know for last year Moncler is always excluded from these promotions.

I have ordered for a few years from them online and whilst the stock availability is not the best, I found everything else to run smoothly personally! This includes during promotions such as this.

Can vouch for selfridges being a pain in the **** to order from. Delivery is shocking too

The beauty of this offer is that John Lewis price matches. Doesn't work for everything, as JL don't stock all the same stuff, but perfect for what I want to buy.

CHEERS Used it for something from Mulberry for my wifes Xmas

wow that has totally put me off them online. I assumed their service was as good as instore!

All of the grail items I'd be interested in are either excluded, out of stock or cheaper elsewhere even with discount. Disappointed.

Like last year though, John Lewis price matched and seem to have better stock levels. Not everyone's cup of tea or idea of a bargain but it's a good time to buy Mulberry items that don't usually ever go on sale.

Looks like only 10% of electronics.

I tried it on a Dyson and the discounted price was still more than what John Lewis are selling for!

ordered classic (never reduced) mulberry bag yesterday for 20% off and also took £40 off with a gift card i have had for ages.

Also their click and collect is disastrous!! They waiting time in-store the Oxford Street shop takes forever. I'd get it delivered unless you don't mind waiting 30 mins.

i have never had any problems with ordering anything from Selfridges.

Well some of the reviews on TrustPilot claim that the shop doesn't sell authentic goods which is just ridiculous.

I've never had a problem with them and their click and collect service is much better than most of their rivals. Selfridges do next day click and collect, whereas with their rivals you're left waiting over a week for click and collect!

Decided not to bother with this the travel outlay erases any saving. I'd rather just buy it from JL.
