I thought about this but I went with a portable battery hotspot/nas device instead because it was £20 so cheaper & you can add whatever memory you like via USB or sd card plus it can recharge your device & if you plug at ethernet cable in it can act as a wap too.
Think this is great for a simple small solution so, hot but if anyone is thinking about this it might be more worthwhile getting something like I bought instead.

Agreed, this is a neat one piece solution, but something like the HooToo or Kingston units are far more versatile.

looked it up means squared lol never seen it used on memory before

It won't mean squared in this context. It will be referring to a footnote. ..

¹Based on streaming 720p content at 2mbps to one device; actual life and performance may vary depending upon usage and settings; battery not replaceable.
²1GB=1,000,000,000 bytes. Actual user storage less.
³Compatible device required. HD (1280x720) video support may vary based on host device, file attributes and other factors.

64gb squared would be 4tb...

(64 x 10⁹)² = 4 x 10²¹ or 4 zettabytes

correction: 4tb^2
You have to have square bytes to fit the data in to.

4Tb for 34 quid? That might qualify for a hot deal, though someone would vote cold.

As Kyeung rightly states "RRP is a joke".
The ONLY people who think that the RRP of anything is real are the self centred NERDS that make them up for their employers who are filled with CORPORATE GREED.
No one in REAL life believes any RRP from any company and the supposed "DISCOUNTED" prices and supposed "OFFERS" that they would have us believe that they are making.
NO company could or can afford to sell items with discounts of (in many cases) up to 80 or 90%.
All that these so called discounts mean is that the items are ALL overpriced with RRPs just made up with no regard to actual cost or reasonable profit to attract attention and the only ones that believe them are the members of the public who are just TOO THICK and GULLIBLE to fall for all the dishonest and deceitful advertising that our "couldn't care less" governments and politicians allow and even encourage.

that is slightly unfair. When a device is designed and manufactured - there is a cost. Marketing will project the cost and income over some form of curve, eg sell 90% of devices in first 3m, and then dwindle or turn off the manufacturing ready for the next product. So the RRP will be based on making a profit in the short term. We all know the price drops after a period of time but the RRP is still quoted. As knowledgable buyers, we will ignore the RRP - because by the time we even see the product, its already heavily discounted. Just look at the 128GB microsd and 200GB microsd cards to see this in effect. Both were more than 1 GBP/GB. (Ditto for all flash storage).
Hootoo is cheapest and in some ways more versatile regarding wifi routing etc., but it has no battery or card slot.
The cheaper Kingston used to be reduced to £13.99 regularly. The other is certainly better value for only another £4. The main benefit with the Kingstons is that the have a battery and Card Slot as well as USB, Hovever the Hootoo is tiny.
