Purchased on line previously and there was a delay in delivery, gave me a £20 online voucher, had a £5 one first, hadn't used it so another came through for £20, still not tried to see if the fiver is still valid

The 25% off does apply to online purchases, last time I did an order to collect in store with no problem.
