I've noticed the same meals with real meat are nearly double the calories. These Quorn meals don't taste too bad I like the Lasagne.

Agree but even with lower calories they're still filling enough to have for lunch at work. The cottage pie is lovely and very handy to shove in the microwave.

More filling if you ask me. If I eat Quorn during lunch it keeps me going for a very long time without feeling hungry, I guess it's due to the high content of protein.

Not sure about quorn, tried once before didn't like the taste. But worth trying again :wink:

Not all teh quorn stuff tastes the same. For example I think the sausages are a bit nasty. Like I say though the cottage pie is delicious, and my kids used to prefer the quorn chicken nuggets to chicken chicken nuggets.
