Found this in the Wood Street, Chelmsford store this morning, don't know if it's national. Whilst the RRP of £2.49 is bordering on daylight robbery, this flavour was "reduced to clear" at £1.00 so 25 p a bar seems quite reasonable. Not sure why they are getting rid of them as the best before date is July 2016.

But do these crunch bars have the engineered nutrition of six kinds of apples?

How anyone could believe that this might be a national deal is beyond me!
Sorry, I made a mistake that has now been corrected and if the mods want to remove heat then that's fine by me.
The actual price is £1.25, still a good deal, but it seems to be store specific as I went to the Chelmsford Town Centre Tesco this morning and the price was £2.49. However, I went back to Wood Street and the price is still £1.25. The shelf was full with at least 30 packs. I took a picture of both shelf label and receipt but despite reading the help I can't see how to upload direct from my computer.
