These pack sizes are getting smaller. Ok if you are addicted to brands but lidl ones taste the best to me. 29p for 250g is a bargain

The Asda own brand used to be the best, hard like the Lions ones the black ones were even liquorice flavoured, then a couple of years ago they totally changed them to the soft, crappy ones :disappointed:

Yeah that was a shame , even had the liquorice ones.
Although to be fair i was eating way too many , used to pop in and stock up lol
Now i can control my midget gem habit by only visiting the old style sweet shop now and then :smiley:

Most supermarket own brand midget gems are far cheaper and good tasting - typically 28p a pack or thereabouts, similar weight as above, e.g Asda, Lidl.

you can still get the lion ones loose at ye oldie sweet shops or a 3Kg box on amazon hhhhmmmm nice :smiley:
