I have never ordered from an Amazon overseas? How does it work is it easy enough?

very easy, just use a chrome browser which will translate and you just log in with your usual amazon ID ordered from both Spain and Germany ones and no problem

Is wii u region free in Europe? For games.

Wii U is region locked so a European Wii U will play PAL games, i.e, from Europe and Australia (it's PAL, too). While an American is for US games only and Japanese Wii U is for Japanese only.
