There was actually a documentary last year about perfume and they went out on the streets with an expensive perfume and this one and more people chose this one as the nicer smelling and the one they thought was more expensive. They looked into ingredients and there was nothing "better" or of higher quality in the more expensive perfumes... Just a brand that everyone buys into to

Given the £40 price difference between this and the more expensive ones, I'd say it's worth it. Unless you want something that lasts hours, or isn't tested on animals for example.

Did they say anything on longevity? I love X-Bolt from Lidl, smells like Hugo Bottled, but I feel like the smell lasts less than an hour! Only down fall really.
