This seems to be the "marmite" of the JD world.
I'll have to check out my local to see if they have any. 7 quid isn't too bad if I don't like it.

Yep; I ordered the original JD 1 litre, but they ran out of stock and gave me this Honey JD as a substitute.
It's not as good but I'll grin and bear it; still got 950ml to get through...

As it happens I've been drinking this tonight with ginger beer. It's horrible and I love sweet stuff. At this price though you can find out for yourself....

I disagree. Mixing it with cloudy lemonade made an incredible drink to enjoy during the warm summer evenings.

Don't let the taste of this stop you from trying Jim Beam Honey - it's less sweet and you can taste the whisky more

Jim Bean honey does not taste of Honey at all- so that is definitely more for traditional drinkers.
This is also store specific just to point out as they are probably changing the line which is done on a store to store basis

Also in the Lytchett Matravers one (Poole, Dorset), although shelf edge label still had the usual price, but it scanned at £7.09
Thanks!

I have just done the taste comparison between JD Honey and Jim Beam Honey. Now I am not a bourbon drinker but I prefered the JD Honey - it was thicker, smoker and to me better tasting. The Jim Beam was very nice but a tad more "peanut butter" tasti g.
NB I drunk them both neat with no mixers or ice
